My Grandparent's (Roden) Home
I had the opportunity to take some pics of my Grandpa and Grandma Roden's home a couple of weeks ago! I sure do miss them! There are SOO many memories in this home! This home was built in 1915 and I believe my grandparent's moved in, around 1952???

My Grandpa was very creative/talented, to say the least! These held all his screws, etc!
Can't forget something to wipe your hands off on...
Grandpa's workshop (a.k.a candy room) - we also used to make all the candy/chocolates in the workshop every year around Christmas time!
The drafting table. My Grandpa was VERY creative! He had to turn down a job at Disney during the great depression as he was given an opportunity to work at Douglas Aircraft (???) sooner than he would be able to start w/Disney!

Can anyone tell what my Grandpa's favorite color was? If you couldn't figure it out - it was - PURPLE! Ha ha!
This pic is for Brett (electrical box/breaker/whatever)

Looking into the funeral room - I know - kinda creepy that they actually had those in homes back then!
